Refund Policy｜退款及退换政策

Please check your order carefully before payment.

Refunds / exchanges are not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size, colour or quantity selected by customer
• Wrong contact lens power selected
• Minor colour differences
• Pre-order items already purchased or ordered from the supplier

If an item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, a replacement, store credit or refund will be offered.

For wrong, damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with your order number and clear photos/videos.

Pre-order arrival dates are estimates. Supplier or shipping delays are not considered grounds for cancellation.

• 隐形眼镜度数选择错误
• 商品存在轻微色差
• 预购商品已经向品牌 / 供应商购买或下单

如商品缺货并确认无法购买，我们将提供更换商品、购物金或退款。

如收到错误、损坏或有明显瑕疵的商品，请在收到包裹后的 48小时内联系我们，并提供订单号码及清晰的照片 / 视频。

预购商品的预计到货日期仅供参考，因供应商或运输造成的合理延误，不作为取消订单或退款的理由。
